Well prepared for the BBQ - with Mexican Beer and mega steaks, Jim prepared :-) I had to forget all I learned about BBQing in Germany - never had steaks that thick and big before! And congatulations to the grill master: never had such a great BBQ before!!! Thanks Jim :-)
