 Valve ist eine US Firma aus Bellevue, Washington USA. Und diese Firma hat wohl die innovativste Struktur und Organisationsform, die mir zumindest bisher je begegnet ist. Das klingt alles so paradiesisch und unglaublich. Schön, wenn das alles dann auch so funktioniert und Erfolg bringt. Weiter unten folgt der Link auf deren Mitarbeiterhandbuch, das heute irgenwie im Netz gelandet ist.

So werden z.B. keine Projekte von irgeneinem vorgegeben, sondern es werden Ideen umgesetzt, erst mal alleine, im kleinen Team, wenn noch andere mitmachen wollen wird es eben was größeres. Hierarchien gibt es eigentlich keine, wie auch keine festen Arbeitsplätze. MAn schnappt sich seinen Rollcontainer und setzt sich zu denen, mit denen man momentan zusammenarbeitet (ok, das gibt's auch schon mal öfters..). Sehr beeindruckend das ganze, einfach mal reinlesen und... :-))) Für Angestellte zum neidisch werden, für Bosse zum Ideen sammeln, prüfen und vielleicht mal das eine oder andere umsetzen(!)...
