Many of James Brown's songs were pre-recorded by his band. When Brown liked a tune he decided to sing over it. Also some instrumentals were used to promote other singers under his umbrella. This compilation focuses on his "recycled" tracks. The last 32 years I collected everything he recorded and this -- if you are traveling on the same path -- will spare you some time.
