In der Keszler Gallery NYC wurde letzte Woche ihre Ausstellung “Banksy: Original Street Works” eröffnet, mit original Teilen. Dazu wurden die Mauerstücke aus Bethlehem und anderen Orten ins Museum gekarrt - was ein Aufwand... und in Bethelehem fehlt jetzt ein Stück Mauer, das kann ja auch nicht im Sinner von Banksy sein, oder?
Ich würde aber trotzdem mal kurz vorbeischauen, wenn ich zufällig in NYC wäre... :-)))
The exhibition “Banksy: Original Street Works” opened last week in the Kezler Gallery in NYC.
“Keszler Gallery has already opened the doors for their “Original Street Works” exhibition featuring Banksy’s street art. Lifted from their original walls in Los Angeles, Palestine, Brighton and New Orleans, dating back to as far as 2002, these works are now collected and being presented in one location.”But why do they need to bring all the walls there, and what is left on the original location? Holes? Nothing? Tipota? I don't think that it is nice to have a Banksy on your own wall...:-)
